SMW Bristol: Celebrating creativity in social media – working with consumers to co-create a brand story

June 10 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

- £20

You are invited to join the DMA for a whistle-stop tour of social media creative inspiration, with a focus on brands that galvanise their audience to co-create authentic content.

See the campaigns that have bagged the awards, the gems that slipped under the radar and the reason creative social media cuts through.

Hear from the brands that co-create and the DMA Social Council view on how to approach creative content in social channels. We will bring brand reps, agency-thinkers and do-ers together for a lively and stimulating event with a mixture of presentations and panel discussion.

Keynote Speaker: Alex Williamson, Creative Director – Social.Lab, Ogilvy

Ogilvy were the proud winners of both the Gold and Silver DMA Awards for Best Use of Social in 2018, and have an outstanding record of creatively using social media to gain excellent results for clients. Alex will speak about his views on the hot trend of 2019: Co-Creation and what this means for brands. Alex will draw on case studies from Ogilvy to showcase the success and creativity that can grow from involving consumers in the evolution of a brand.

Joining Alex on the panel will be:

–          Lia Kelly, Social Media Manager, Confused.com

–          James Ainsworth, Head of Content, Prophecy Unlimited

–          Milly Belotti, Head of Social Media, Collider
