SMW Bristol: When social media back fires – a crisis management masterclass

June 13 @ 8:30 am - 10:30 am

- £20

We all love social media but the reality is sometimes un-thought out posts can backfire.

By being prepared you can act quickly to minimise business impact, avoid regulatory sanctions and reputational harm and with clever management can turn a crisis into an opportunity.

This event is aimed at senior decision makers and content creators looking to protect the brands they work with.

This practical session is bought to you by Foot Anstey and Wild West Communications – with both legal and PR specialists, we look at case studies to cover:

  • Crisis management – responding efficiently to a social media crisis incident
  • Communicating with customers, employees, shareholders and other stakeholders
  • Dealing with the press and media
  • Crisis planning and prevention
  • Upskilling your employees and managing the repercussions of misuse
  • Rebuilding a reputation after the crisis

This unique partnership offers both a PR and legal perspective on handling a crisis and minimising any impact on your hard-earned reputation.

Foot Anstey and Wild West both work with leadership teams to minimise the impact of reputation problems on their business. Let us guide you through some of our watch-outs to ensure you are prepped for the worst.
