Venues

You can rely on #SMWBristol to always host events in venues that reflect our great city.

Everyman Cinema

A unique experience, Everyman Cinemas is an independent network of boutique cinemas. With a passion for quality, from service of food and drink to seating and films, every cinema also has a unique bar or foyer space. Roman Polanski once remarked that “Cinema should make you forget you are sitting in a theatre”, our cinemas do just that, they create a truly memorable experience that exceeds expectations and reaches the highest standards possible in comfort and entertainment.

Engine Shed

Engine Shed is a collaboration between Bristol City Council, the University of Bristol and the West of England Local Enterprise Partnership at the heart of Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone. Our vision is that the Bristol & Bath city region is a growing, inclusive and sustainable economy that benefits everyone who lives here, and is recognised internationally as innovative and dynamic.

The Lido

The Lido, tucked away in the backstreets of Georgian Clifton, Bristol, is a contemporary and chic restoration of a Victorian Lido with a multi-award winning restaurant. Here, head chef Freddy Bird has developed his unique take on Moorish and Mediterranean dishes, with a focus on provenance and natural cooking. The first floor Restaurant is a unique space to celebrate and dine, situated as it is on the pool’s original viewing gallery. It has the capacity for up to 100 guests for a sit down meal or 150 for a drinks reception. The Terrace Room is a stunning option for private events, with its poolside location and floor to ceiling windows, and is able to accommodate up to 36 guests for private dining. It can also accommodate up to 50 guests for a drinks reception.
