Getting frustrated with the poor representation of women in the outdoors, Bex founded the Love Her Wild tribe (www.loveherwild.com) in 2017. This women’s only community creates a non-competitive and safe space to inspire more women to get outdoors adventuring. Love Her Wild has over 5,500 members and has brought hundreds of women together on adventures both in the UK and overseas.

Bex now works full time leading expeditions, blogging and speaking. For her efforts supporting women in the outdoors she was awarded ‘Legacy Maker’ on the 2018 San Miguel Alternative Rich List and in 2017 was nominated for Personality of the Year by The Great Outdoors.

a career in advertising for 25 years. Somehow, along the way, he’s had the good fortune to be employed
in a creative capacity on three continents and snaffle a decent number of awards. Only two have subsequently been
rescinded because of failed drugs tests. He disputes the evidence in both cases.

In 2018, Norts co-founded Tiny Giant with the supremely talented Kerry Harrison. Essentially, she carries him.
Together, they serve up delicious slabs of creativity and content often using AI/human collaboration. Their latest project
